We usually get your shipment delivered within 7 - 8 business days of your placing the order on our website depending on the location.
We have a 15 day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange with the same product in case of any defect. You cannot exchange it with any other product of lesser, more or equivalent value.
